This policy covers the personal data we collect, use, disclose and store about users, customers, contacts and visitors of the Logiciq website/platform, including our AI Marketing/Automation services.

• Contact / account data: full name, e-mail, phone number, address, company name, website, LINE ID
• Transaction / payment data: payment date and time, amount, payment method, transaction status
• Usage data: website access data, usage history
  Note: payments are processed by Omise. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes.
• Technical / usage data: IP address, user agent, browser / device type and model, operating system, referrer, access times, pages viewed, clicks, events, error logs, session IDs, device identifiers
• Communications / support: content you send through forms or the support system, records of communications with our team
• Marketing / newsletter preferences: consent to receive news, chosen communication channels
• Cookies / tracking: essential, analytics and advertising cookies, local storage, pixels

3. Legal basis for processing

We use your data on at least one of the following bases:

• Consent: e.g. accepting cookies or subscribing to news
• Contract: to provide the services you signed up / paid for (e.g. allocating credits, using features)

• User account / profile: kept until the account is closed or deletion is requested
• Usage data / logs: generally no longer than 1–2 years
• Transaction records / tax documents: up to 5 years (or as long as the law requires). Once no longer needed, we delete or anonymise the data.

8. Data security

We use technical and organisational measures such as encryption in transit and at rest, access restrictions, firewalls / IDS / IPS, regular backups, audit logs and staff training.

9. Data breach notification

If an incident occurs that may affect your rights, we will:
